The highest gamerscore on Xbox is currently held by Ray “Stallion83†Cox IV. As of May 2019, his score was an impressive 12,454,871. That’s over twelve million! He’s been playing since the very first Xbox console launched in 2001 and has held the title of “Highest Gamerscore†for a whopping eleven years.
How does one achieve such a feat? Well, according to Stallion83 himself, it requires dedication and a whole lot of time. In an interview with Guinness World Records, he stated that he spends around eight hours a day playing games. That adds up to around three thousand hours per year! And it’s not just any old games he’s playing – many of them are specifically chosen for their high gamerscore potential. For example, he played through every single Halo game (Halo 3: ODST alone is worth 1 million points) as well as all the Gears of War titles.
It takes more than just time though – you also need skill and strategy. In order to rack up those high scores, you need to know which achievements are worth going after and how to best go about getting them. For some games this can be quite difficult (imagine trying to get all 1 million points in Halo 3 on Legendary difficulty!) but Stallion83 seems to have mastered the art.
So there you have it – if you want the highest gamerscore on Xbox then you better be prepared to put in the time and effort! Who knows, maybe one day you could be crowned the new king or queen…
